Return Policy:

At Ragnarok Furniture, we strive to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be new and the packaging unopened and sold from our website.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The return request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

    • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • To request an RMA number, please contact our customer care representatives via email at contact.
    • Mention the RMA number on the return package for smooth processing.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Liquid auto care products are not eligible for return.
    • Damaged liquid items during transit will be replaced upon providing video and image proof.
  4. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer care representatives to initiate the return process and obtain an RMA number.
    • Pack the product securely and include all original accessories and documentation.
    • Ship the product back to our warehouse address provided along with the RMA number.
  5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged/defective or incorrect product.
    • We advise using a trackable shipping service for returns.
    • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 12% of the product’s price.
  6. Return Window and Refund Processing:

    • The return window starts from the date of delivery confirmation received from our courier partners.
    • All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
